Father David Michael Moses grew up in Nassau Bay, Texas, the fifth of six children. At the age of 18, he graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a BS / BA in Humanities (Pre-Law) and was then accepted to the University of Houston Law School.
David Michael’s stronger calling was to the priesthood. In 2012? he entered seminary for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. He studied philosophy at Holy Trinity Seminary in Dallas for two years and then returned to Houston to continue his formation in Theology at St. Mary’s Seminary.
In addition to his education, seminary studies and spiritual formation, Fr. David Michael had a passion for his music, singing and songwriting. Since 2012, he has performed “Concerts for Life” at the University of Houston, the University of Dallas, the House of Blues, Revention Music Center. These concerts have raised $400,000 for pro-life groups in Houston. In 2018? single-handedly won Music2Change’s Battle of the Bands.
As a seminarian, Deacon David Michael was assigned to St. Faustina for the summer in 2014. On June 1, 2019, at the age of 25, he was ordained to the Priesthood and serves as Parochial Vicar at St. Faustina in Fulshear, Texas.
